She is a keen innovator and expert on the evolving technological, political and social forces shaping organisations.

Her experience comes from a wide range of businesses in industries from social care to housing, and from food production to medical screening.

Inspiring transformation and change to improve people’s lives - individuals, organisations and society at large – lights Jane’s fire. Jane is CEO of LifeSpan100, whose purpose is to empower and encourage people to make the most of the 100 year life, and to provide lifestyle support and care services to enable them to do so.

Prior to this, Jane was CEO of Somerset Care; Chairman of YourLife, a large provider of housing with care; and Vice Chairman of the UK Homecare Association.
