Jane is an award-winning Chief Executive, Chairman and Non-Executive, with extensive experience in the social care sector, including home care, housing with care, supported living and care homes.
She is a keen innovator and expert on the evolving technological, political and social forces shaping organisations.
Her experience comes from a wide range of businesses in industries from social care to housing, and from food production to medical screening.

Jane is CEO of LifeSpan100, whose purpose is to empower and encourage people to make the most of the 100 year life, and to provide lifestyle support and care services to enable them to do so.
Prior to this, Jane was CEO of Somerset Care; Chairman of YourLife, a large provider of housing with care; and Vice Chairman of the UK Homecare Association.
