Holly has over 15 years’ experience working across social care, health and voluntary sectors. She has a particular interest in integrated working between health and social care systems, as well as a passion for coproduction and person-centred approaches. In her current role at NICE she supports the development of resources to improve awareness of evidence based guidance for social care, including the development of quick guides for specific social care audiences. She is also part of the medicines support project, which aims to improve the quality of people’s experience through effective medicines support.
Medicines support in the community
This seminar will highlight practical steps to improve quality of life for people accessing medicines support in the community. Content will be based on NICE’s evidence-based guidance on managing medicines in the community, and will be particularly relevant for providers offering medicines support as part of their services.
