My presentation outlines the activities Homecare Providers should be doing in order to generate Private Pay enquiries and how to ensure these are followed up and converted. I will discuss the two main strategies to use - online and offline and provide suggestions and ideas that can be easily implemented. In addition I will outline the 4 key pillars all Homecare providers should be focussing on to ensure the long term viability and success of the business. Darren is now an independent consultant specialising in developing Private Pay business and helps providers with their lead generation strategies and lead conversion.
