Unique IQ creates care management software for home care agencies. Founded in 2003, the company was set-up by Managing Director David Lynes to address the pain points inherent in managing remote workforces, particularly within the home care industry. The company has since grown to offer a suite of digital care management solutions, automating paper-based processes to offer greater efficiency and accuracy to domiciliary care agencies, saving time and money, and ultimately improving the delivery of care. Its products include: IQ:careplanner - care planning software for scheduling and rostering care visits, handling payment and invoicing, producing care plans and managing staff and client records IQ:timecard - an electronic call monitoring system, with a mobile app option for seamless monitoring of care delivery in real time, including eMAR, online activity/work logs and digital care records. Unique IQ`s IQ:careplanner software was named `Most Innovative Workforce Management Tool` in the 2019 SME Business Elite Award programme, whilst IQ:timecard received a High Commendation in the 2019 Home Care Awards. Unique IQ was also a finalist in the LaingBuisson 'Innovation in Technology' award in 2018 and 2019.
